The
Tsar's Restaurant in Bialowieza . The restaurant is located in
a unique architectural monument-a wooden railway station Built exclusively
for Tsar Nicholas II. In 2005, the owners took what had been a ruin and meticulously
restored the building To resemble the atmosphere of Anna Karenina's times.
Every detail, from antique furniture and painting, photographs and windows
has been Arranged to period and style. If you appreciate exquisite cuisine

located in the Heart of the Bialowieza Forest accomodates 60 guest In four
stylish chambers: The hunters room, Tsar's room, a romantic salon and The representative
Main Hall. Sample our Polish and Russian delicacies-refined cuisine from old
recipes. Served in exclusively arranged interior. For those who would like
to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place, in the same architectural
complex, there is a restored railway water-tower with stylish double suites
and a Russian 'bania' - a traditional sauna. Both travel agencies and individual
visitors will find us at their disposal.
Other facilities: outdoor feast with wild-boar barbeque, bonfire and
live ethnic-folk music, horse-cart, horse-sleds and horse-back rides into the
forest.
